We offer routine (3–5 business days), rush (24–48 hours), and same-day service. For urgent matters, call us directly at 314.961.2222 and we will do everything possible to accommodate your timeline. Rush and same-day service is available throughout the St. Louis metro area and Metro East Illinois.
What if the subject cannot be located or avoids service?
If standard service attempts fail, we offer skip tracing to locate the subject and stakeout/surveillance services for evasive individuals. We will advise you on the number of attempts made and recommend next steps. We do not give up — evasive service is a specialty, not an obstacle.
Are you licensed and bonded in Missouri and Illinois?
Yes. Civil Process Service is fully licensed and bonded in both Missouri and Illinois. All serves are conducted by licensed process servers in strict accordance with Missouri and Illinois statutes and applicable federal rules.
